Aja Mutzl - DJ
I'm Aja Mutzl, the Vice President and sometimes guest instructor for ISDC! I began dancing West Coast Swing three years ago. Before dancing, I was a professional DJ and emcee. I coordinate dance events, dance lessons, dance road trips and everything else dance related for Indy Swing Dance Club. If you see me on the floor, ask me to dance! I lead! I follow!
Alice Hager - Instructor

I'm Alice Hager and the reason I started to take dance lessons was that dancing was one of my biggest fears just a few years ago! I used to avoid eye contacts with all men if there was any dancing in the room. Now I love dancing...dancing has transformed my life and my self-confidence. I met my husband through dancing!
I currently teach WCS for ISDC, Indiana Rebels, and Any Swing Goes. I have a dance floor at my house in Carmel, and would love to teach privates to the ladies to make them better followers and more stylish in their movements.

I started dancing on picnic tables when I was five! Ballet lessons began when I was ten, after begging my parents until they relented. I have performed in recitals, at dance camps and on dance teams. In addition to ballet, my dance training consists of jazz, interpretive movement, and of course line dancing. I taught Creative Movement to children. A few years ago I was exposed to WCS and fell in love! I have been a member of ISDC since its inception.
The last year and a half, I have been teaching both group and private lessons. Because of my dance background, I feel I have a fundamental understanding of movement. I have discovered that teaching is as joyous as dancing!
Throughout the ages people have celebrated life through dance. Come celebrate life with us!!

Jennifer - Beginner Class
I'm Jennifer, aka Luna. I help Aja with coordinating events, dance road trips, advertising/promotions, and lots of other stuff for the Indy Swing Dance Club! I have been dancing since the age of 7, and have a knowledge of a wide variety of dance styles. Currently, I also teach salsa dancing (with SalsaIndy).
While being very active in the various Indianapolis dance communities, I am finishing my degree at Indiana University (in Bloomington). My major is Latin and Ballroom Dance History and Performance, and I am working on a big performance for March 21 of 2008!!
