** Note to Newcomers
If you are a beginner dancer or new to WCS, it is recommended you repeat Basic Fundamentals three or more times. The first time you will work on your footwork, the second time on your mechanics, and the third time patterns will begin to feel more automatic and you will be better able to absorb all the technique put before you. Mastering footwork, mechanics and patters is especially important in Basic Fundamentals. This is your foundation for all the variations you will learn in Fundamentals 1, 2 and 3 .
Program modeled from the teachings of U.S. Swing Champion Robert Cordoba

Fundamentals 1 – 2- 3 may be taken in any order
after
completing BASIC Fundamentals. We will cover variations to the “basic 6” patters learned in BASIC. But in order to grasp these variations, you must feel comfortable with the “basic 6” and they should feel automatic as you do them. Again, take classes as many times as needed until you feel comfortable with the moves and techniques.
